Benjamin Dillon
Paraplanner
The greatest satisfaction in my job comes from assisting clients and making a positive difference in their lives. I’ve always been interested in money, but my true inspiration is helping people.
Benjamin joined Mattson Financial as a paraplanner in 2020, bringing a passion for finance and a genuine desire to help others. Having originally worked on a dairy farm in high school, he used his strong work ethics to climb the ranks from part-time teller to assistant branch manager in the banking world. From there, he made the jump to Mattson, where he uses that same roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic to help clients pursue their financial futures.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in business management from Herzing University and an insurance license in life, accident and health, Benjamin is well-equipped to guide clients on their financial paths.
Benjamin enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends. You can often find him hunting, camping or boating. He and his wife have a son and three dogs: a Yorkie mix named Charlie and two Labs, Kooper and Kassie.
