My grandpa showed me the value of saving at an early age with my proceeds from 4-H projects, and it started a passion of mine to learn more about how to grow money. I really enjoy the process of digging into the details, analyzing a financial situation and solving complex problems.
David has been in the financial services industry since 2011. He’s in his element when helping clients go the distance with their retirement. For David, it’s all about building lasting relationships and giving clients the confidence to make more informed financial choices.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University, focusing on accounting and finance. Before transitioning to his current role, he spent time as a paraplanner and office manager. David holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, and his insights have been featured on Wood TV 8.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family as they tend to their garden, bees and chickens. He’s also an avid golfer, woodworker and hunter, and values time spent with his men’s Bible study group over a good cup of coffee.
