Client care is where I thrive! I believe it comes from a strong sense of empathy. I want to read the mood and needs of those around me so I can match their energy and provide them with a personal experience. Getting to know the clients along the way is so fulfilling!
Haley’s often the first friendly face clients meet through our front doors! The fresh aroma of cookies and warm nuts will also be there, thanks to Haley’s work to create a welcoming, comfortable environment. Her primary role, though, is all about support and keeping clients connected to every department of Mattson Financial.
Haley’s passion for helping others comes from her diverse career experiences and background in client service, including roles as an assistant office manager and pediatric receptionist. She believes in making every moment count and takes pride in leaving work every day knowing she made someone else’s day a little easier.
Outside work, Haley enjoys singing, hunting for shiny rocks on hikes and spending time with her husband. The duo shares their home with their rescue dog, Norma Jo. Haley is also a proud aunt and loves sharing her love of music and adventure with her family.
