Michael Cohen

Advisor

“Plan for the future, but don’t let the present hold you back.”

I’ve always been drawn to the relationship side of finance, getting to know clients personally and understanding their unique dreams, goals and desires. Being able to help them fulfill those aspirations and live the life they’ve always wanted in retirement is incredibly inspiring.

Michael has always been passionate about helping people and believes clear communication can make all the difference. He graduated fromMichigan State University with a finance degree from the Eli Broad College ofBusiness, and right away, he knew he wanted to build genuine relationships with clients. He has passed the Series 65 securities exam and is currently licensed as an investment advisor representative. He also holds life and annuity insurance licenses.

Asan associate advisor, Michael is the right-hand man to partner and lead advisor, Taylor Steward, helping create retirement plans and offering support in client meetings throughout the financial journey. He comes from a super close family that values time together and honest and open conversations. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find Michael watching Michigan State or Detroit sports, traveling or playing a round of golf.
